Adaptivestack Technologies Awarded Human Capital Services Center (HCSC) Tier 2 Help Desk Support Subcontract
Adaptivestack provides (Tier 2) help desk support for the VA HCSC solutions. This support includes resolving Tier 2 tickets escalated from solution administrators, TDS staff, and HCS staff, as well as escalation of issues that solution users and administrators create tickets for in VA’s Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) tool (YourIT). We also perform solutions and issue testing to determine if applied changes/updates impact the VA HCSC solutions. Additionally, we perform solution administrator tasks in response to incoming tickets.
